i predict they will release: a 120 gb (same form factor as current 5g) a video ipod with 32gb of flash memory (full screen) (toshiba flash memory article?) a even smaller, even more capacity nano and shuffle
They won't be coming out with any ipods over 100gb anytime soon, Toshiba has only made the drives up to 100gb, and these were released at least half a year ago and still haven't been used in ipods.
